Processing >500 mb file through OIC

Hello Gurus,

I am new to Oracle Cloud. We have a requirement where BI Publisher report generates >500mb xml files into SFTP location. OIC has to pick the file from SFTP location and send it to 3rd party cloud application(Azure) using rest web service. I am looking for steps to create an integration for large file size.
