Advance Query not loading when the form is called from another form

Find browse form displaying the results using a default advance query , when this form is accessed through fast path or E1 page.

But when this Fnd/browse form is called from a different form, then it is showing all the records. It is showing the records based on the the saved default advance query.

Could you pls let me know how the advance query works?
