How to update HXC_LAYOUT_COMP QUALIFIERS table

Hi,

We need to update on existing timecard one of the attributes. How it would be the best way  to update an attribute in HXC_LAYOUT_COMP_QUALIFIERS table , set qualifier_attribute 5 = 'Y'?
