Zero price sales order

Hello Team,

there is a business requirement that sales order with zero should go on hold.

so is there any standard setup or process to restrict such orders.

As i tried to use Margin hold but its also putting order which are not zero or less than 10 .

requirement is only zero price.

kindly suggest a solution?
