Job Title field is not editable in Guided Self Service

Good day all-

We are on PS version 8.57.04, Image 29 and in the process of implementing Guided Self Service.  We have adjusted Job Title field to be visible (checked)  and unchecked display only via transaction configuration page but when we go to a transaction (ex. promote employee) the field is not editable.

Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.
