I have successfully deployed a VirtualBox image of EBS 12.2.8 (Vision instance) on my laptop. Regular java plug-in works great. Switching over to Java Web Start, however, doesn't work.

I'm getting an error:

ExitException[ 3]com.sun.deploy.net.FailedDownloadException: Unable to load resource: http://apps.example.com:8000/OA_JAVA/oracle/apps/fnd/jar/fndutil.jar

The jnlp file downloads and starts to open with Java, but the process stops every  time with this message.
Any clues to resolving this will be most appreciated!
