Asign relationship role to Customer Contact, is it possible?
Hi,
Users just migrated from 11i to R12.1.3 wants to assign a relationship role when create a Customer Site Contact, that's was their process in previous release.
In r12, Once they create contact at site level, they can see it in Party Relationship tab by selecting Party Type Person but it is created with Relationship Role "Organization Contact", they need it to change it to "Employee" but this is not possible.
Is there a way to select a "Relationship Type" when create a Site Contact?
Customers > Standard
Party Number: 32300
Go
Select Party Name
GO to sites region and Details
Go to Communications tab and Create Contact
