Why can capitalize asset but effective in the feature period

Hi MOSC,

When my User Capitalize Asset In Feb-19 (Open Period) register effective period in May-19 And Accounting Dr 142/ CR 153 on May period. we can't control this accounting in Feb-19 period.

who to User can do as. How to prevent this?
