Use of one Branch plant without linked to company

Hello Team,

There is a company 0001 and its  BP is M30 I can do any type of stock related transaction using this.

Now if i have company 00002 but I don't want to create a BP  for this company and

I want to use same  BP M30 which is of company 0001 by any means is this achievable in standard JDE.
