Looking for documentation help auditing for data in transit encryption specifically NNE.

I know sqlnet.ora has the parameters, the rub is I have dozens of databases across a few oracle homes so it becomes a multistep process to show first the database is in a particulr home and then show parameters for taht specific sqlnet.ora.  Hoping there is some view in EM, or DB or another command that I can go to one place and show defintively.  Any ideas?
