How to add Weigtage and score (Rating Scale) in Objectives and Competencies

Dear Gurus,

We need to add weitage as well as score to Objectives and Competencies. we know like we already have Score or rating scale but how can i add weight.

For Example : Objective : TEST : Score : 120() Weight : 30 (Out of 100)

This is most important for us to calculate our final rating scale.provided our final rating scale calculation using score and weight.
