Unable to download JDE Deployment and ES files

Hi Team,

I am not able to downloadd Deployment and Enterprise server files from support.oracle. After filtering the required files from certifications tab and click on load, receive the below error message.

The proxy server did not receive a timely response from the upstream server.

Kindly let me know the reason to it and solution to fix the same asap.
