IFRS 16 transition approach

Hello Gurus,

Wanted to check if we have any whitepapers or blogs on transition options to IFRS 16 (or Ind AS 116 as it is called in India).

Does Oracle eBS Property Manager support "Retrospective" or "Modified Retrospective" or both the options ?

Pros & cons of each method and user experience during project

Any link of Oracle webinars or podcasts would be appreciated
