Employee Email Option When Running a Report

When running a report in Oracle I navigate to the options button and then notify the following people. I select a name from the LOV but some of the employees do not have an email address although their name is available to select. Where do we set up this employee e-mail address. The employee has an e mail address set against the employee. Thanks Paul
