WSJ Purge does not delete records

Team,

I am trying to run the UBE R9861101 to clear the records in wsj and also the pdfs on the server.

But unfortunately the report has some issue. It completes successfully after a long time even for a very small volume of Data.

The PDF days data has been purged but i cannot see the data purged from wsj nether the pdfs are getting deleted.

I have tried running the report with debug log and below pasted is the error that i can see.

Here XXXXXX stands for my server name. This is a windows batch server.
