Getting High CPU on Logic error for process id

Hello

we have an issue where a same user we had identify his process id was consuming 100% CPU so we have to kill the process id.

in Log we can see the below Error :

i wanted to know what is the cause of this issue every time he is doing completion of work order application we are facing this issue.

he is accessing the Implication from his favorites.
