404 error on j_security_check with PSU 10.3.6.0.190416

Hello,

We have patched Weblogic with the latest PSU 10.3.6.0.190416 but now we have a 404 error on j_security_check.

In this page, it is a 405 error : https://support.oracle.com/knowledge/Middleware/2360233_1.html so I am not sure it is the same issue.
