Time occasionally doubling on paysheets
Hi folks,
Every pay period, we add/create paysheets before we run Load Time and Labor (which creates paysheets for the vast majority of employees). We do this mostly for one-time earnings that need to be entered.
Sometimes we see the following scenario:
Paysheet created before Load Time and Labor
Employee enters one week's worth of time in Time & Labor - time is approved
We run Load Time and Labor - new paysheet page is created for the employee with time loaded
We run pay calc
Everything looks OK
As the pay period goes on, the employee has another week's worth of time, it is approved, we run pay calc, and ... all of a sudden ... the time has loaded TWICE. (That is, the time for both weeks loads to each page for the employee.)
