How can we define a pricing formula in fusion pricing?

in EBS on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (MOSC) Question

we have a requirement to apply a pricing factor that should get applied in unit price calculation. The price factor is an EFF at the fulfillment line level.

Scenario:

Lit price from pricelist =10

factor=1.1

After order is saved, the price should be calculated as 10*1.1=11

Can we define a formula in fusion pricing?
