Cause of this error ?
we restart our JDE services on the enterprise & webservice every morning.
on occasion the stop the service does not work, seems to be a time out, below is what I see in the event log.
can anyone shed some light on this?
A service restart start or reboot of the enterprise server resolves the issue.
We have automated the start/stop , so when we get this error a manual intervention is required.
I am trying to figure out if this is a truly time out issue or if it is a JDE kennels issue
