Validate and configure on a siebel product is not working after certain number of products.Is there

In our siebel application, Product "X"is associated to class 'A" and Class A has parent Class "B". Class B has parent class C.

Every class has around 100 relationship domain defined and we add the products to each and every realtion ship domain.

So, we have defined total of around 6700 products so far. currently when we add the 6701 product it throws an error " SBL-BPR-00162: Error invoking service 'Cfg Web UI Service Loader', method 'LoadCfgUIService' at step 'Go to UI'. and the  object manager logs shows following error   in detail; but configurator is not launched and nothing is captured in the configurator log.We have also cache administration and  cache paramters defined.When we add any one product more than 6700 it throws error where as if i delete 2 or 3 products randomly and add back again 2 or 3 products randomly,
