R42950 changes unit price on sales order

Hi, I have a sales order which has an advanced preference rule attached to the sales order which relates to the calculation of the pick dates on the sales order. F4211.PROV = 0, which indicates that the price has not been overridden on the sales order. F4074. PROV = 1. As I understand if F4074.PROV = 1, then R42950 should not update the unit price on the sales order. However, the sales order unit price has been updated by R42950. Is this correct? I would have thought that R42950 would have not updated the unit price on the sales order as F4074.PROV =1.
