Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi

This is regarding the Note "EBS-OTM Integ: Creating Multiple Trips For A Single Delivery Errors (Doc ID 603046.1)".

Can someone please let me know where exactly this check/restriction is placed in the integration?

Whether it is at OTM side/BPEL side/EBS side?

If it is at EBS end, kindly let me know how this restriction is designed and which package/table has the restriction?
