Hello ....I would like to prevent Inventory Transfer (IT Document) between 2 Branch Plants 10020 and

Hello

I would like to prevent Inventory Transfer (IT Document) between 2 Branch Plants 10020 and 10031 whereas it should allow for a Stock transfer between the 2 Branches. Is it possible to achieve a Solution for the above issue?
