Direct Connect Punch out - Error :Function 'onReadyState' Error: Access is Denied

Hi Team,

I have done a setup for Direct Connect - Punch out method as per PeopleBook. now while doing Punch out getting error as Function OnReadyState Error: Access is Denied. Seems to be some Javascript error. Can any one help me to identify the exact issue. Appreciated your help.
