XML File for Patch_ID

Dear Oracle Support Community,

I have been looking over multiple notes and could not find anything of value. I would like to get XMLs from your website for patches.

Using WGET to download My Oracle Support Patches (Doc ID 980924.1)

I already can download zip files from your site but what I would like to achieve is to get an XML of a patch number.

Is there anything that would show me the XML file that is generated from the button click "Download File Metadata" at every patch?

something like:

https://updates.oracle.com/Orion/Services/metadata?patch_id=29234791
