FSG report- Excel output showing (1,000) figures since DB upgrade

Hi,

I have a long running issue for a client where since a DB upgrade back in NOV-18, their customised FSG templates are no longer working. If the customer runs the report via FSG Report Manager (HTML forms) and exports to Excel, all figures show as (1,000). PDF and HTML exports do not have this issue. Additionally, if the client runs the report through Java forms then the output shows the correct data.

All seeded templates work so I am currently trying to redesign the custom report to mirror the seeded but I'm not seeing any positive results.

The client has confirmed they have not upgraded/changed their Excel versions. Has anyone seen this issue before? If so, how was this resolved?
