Mass Additions Create - Freight & Tax lines not being interfaced.

I am running into an issue with the Mass Additions Create process. Within Accounts Payable the item, freight and tax lines are being coded to the Fixed Asset Clearing account. However, only the item is being interfaced to the Mass Additions table, the freight and tax lines are not being interfaced. By enabling the Allow Unallocated Line Types in the Book Controls setup, I have been able to get the freight line to interface. However, it is interfacing into the New Queue instead of the Merged queue.
