Is it possible to increase indexer counter for automatic update cycle in Repository Manager in WCC 1

Dears,

Is it possible to increase indexer counter for automatic update cycle in Repository Manager in WCC 12C. Currently I see its varying from 15 to 30 attached screenshot.

As an average its taking 45 minutes to check in 3000 files, is it OK performance?

Average file size is 250KB.

Please advice!
