Adding X1100A card to X86 Server

I have a Sun Blade 6000 Server X6270 M2 that I am attempting to connect a x1100a (10Gb Ethernet) module with and I am having no luck.   I am running Solaris 11.4 on x86

From the instructions I check for the driver

# modinfo|grep ixgbe

# modload /kernel/drv/amd64/ixgbe

# modinfo|grep ixgbe

286 fffffffff8059000 42f98  267  1   ixgbe (Intel 10Gb Ethernet)

However nothing I do gets the device to show.

# dladm show-phys
