Is there a Profile specific to Lumpsum offers which restricts some users to update anything on the O

Hi,

I am trying to update something on the Lumpsum offer say(start_date or description) with the specific user, It is showing 'Your changes has been updated' but it is not updated.The same user is able to update other offers (Accrual,Volume etc..) 

Custom Setup looks fine.

Checked the  Doc_id 2289794.1 and the related setups ,all looks good for this user.

Any help is appreciated!..
