Convert Req to PO - to convert remaining lines to the same generated PO

the req had 5 approved lines and it looks like the order release was done for only 3 lines and so the PO was generated with 3 lines. I now need to release the approved 2 missed line to generate to the same existing PO. Please can you help...thanks
