User unable to create and retrieve UBE log when runs the UBE from one of the two PD JAS links

We are on Tools Release 9.2.1.2.
User tries to submit UBE with debug logging enabled with log level 6. It creates the log files when he submits the UBE from one of the JAS servers while the same UBE when submitted from another JAS server does not create the log files and throws an error message saying "UBE: Retrieve of UBE file failed. The file may not exist on Enterprise Server.'
When I submit the same UBE the same way using the same JAS server link on which it is failing for the user, it is success for me and I am able to retrieve the log files.
