SelfService - Job Data Access - MN Wage Theft Law

There is a new MN Wage Theft Law that has been put into place that requires the employer notify the employee when the following items change:

• the rate or rates of pay and basis thereof, including whether the employee is paid by the hour, shift, day, week, salary, piece, commission, or other method, and the specific application of any additional rates;
  • This would include if they change their OT code, shift change, etc.

With this we need to notify the employee of certain changes and we are wondering if there is a delivered self-service page for the employee to view
