Install Base relationships for the components of PTO model is not created

Hi,

I  have PTO Model (Serialized) which is configured and shipped to the customer. All the components are install base tracked and non serialized. The component items are shippable.

Once the order is fulfilled, I query the top model and check for the configuration and I cannot see any configuration with the Component Of relationship.

I have set the CSI: BOM Explosion, CSI: BOM Explosion for Phantom Items and CSI: BOM Explosion levels.

All the transaction and sub-transaction types are standard.

Can any one please suggest if I am missing any setup.
