Number of Pieces is 1 after shipment is canceled.

Hello MOSC,

When a shipment is canceled, the Number of Pieces field, alias NPCS, displays “1” in shipments and loads.

Given a load with multiple shipments from multiple sales orders, one shipment needs to be removed from the load. Below are the steps:

1. Cancel all the detail lines on a sales order for the shipment that needs to be removed. On the Customer Service Inquiry, the shipment number field is now blank, and the status codes for the canceled lines are now 980/999. The whole sales order is canceled.

2. On Work with Shipments P4915, the Scheduled Volume field is now blank. The Shipment Weight field is now blank. However, the Number of Pieces field displays “1”.
