Change of Label for DD Item in JDE Application

Hi All -

I need to change the label name for a form control in a JDE application - The form control relates to a particular DD item.

I do not want to change the application for this as it is a standard application. Is there any other way?

1. How about doing through form personalization - But drawback for this is it is user specific and will not reflect all users

2. Will UX1 help here?

3. How about changing vocubulary overrides - But I hope this will again need application change

4. How about changing the data dictionary change?

Pls suggest which is the best practice
