Fixed Asset Donated Receipt without Payment

Hello experts! R12.2.3; I need to create a flow to receipt a donated Fixed Asset, but this receipt must not create a payment in Oracle Payables. In this context, the fixed asset is receipt in CLL_F189 (Brazilian Integrated Receipt)
