Do we any API or Interface for Loading ABC Compile from external system e.g. Excel

Hi All

ABC compile criteria is very limited to one criteria and a ABC group can only handle one compile to it. Is there any way to load the custom classification as a compile to the ABC Group, I know we can load the items directly to ABC group if we are loading external systems at both the case I couldnt see any reference for API or open interfaces.
