Fine Tunning Demantra: Not IT, but Planning Department

Hello all,

We have finished configuring Demantra 7.1.3.4, launched it last may and it is working fine, except from some issues Planning Department keeps on finding about data Integrity, for instance: Customer A has not had a sale in the last, say 6 months, nevertheless, Demantra assigns forecast to it; while Customer B had sales in march and april this year, and Demantra does not assigns forecast to it. Planning Dept Says it is a tool error.

Do we need to further configure the tool from an IT perspective?

Does Planning Dept needs to Fine tune the tool from a business data perspective and review and adjust forecast?
