Intercompany price issue

we have been using Intercompany process with the transfer price and transfer price for the non - USD currency orders being shipped,

however, Though the sales order to be shipped is non-USD eg:(EUR/GBP), when the intercompany AR invoice is run it is completing with warning with below error.

Status_Code=IPL Status_Text=Price was not found on price list  for this item 20B28511 and uom KG

Though the item is already available in the price list.

when the same case is being used with non-USD order shipping from US, even without transfer price and transfer currently, intercompany AR invoice is completing with no warining and the invoice is getting generated.
