data loader failure /summary is not persisted on Xstore table

Hello Chris /Community,

Any idea why data loader failure /summary is not persisted on table  CTL_DATALOADER _SUMMARY and FALURE? I see the PMTYPEConfiguration is set to LOCAL. shouldn't it should persist in local DB ? Both Xcenter and Xstore DB is always empty . Any specific configuration should be turned ON so application start persisting on CTL tables ?
