Next Number failure

Last night, I have clear F989999 and F989998 to fix other prolem.

This day, the users of AR role run P01012 create Customer failed,  i m sure that they can do this before, and use IT roles (developer) not the issues.

Is there any security need to setup or do anything to check it?

Please advice to help ,thanks.
