Patch Update Juli 19 für MS Server (x64)- Link to Download

Hello,

the Patch 29497421 (Oracle DB Version 11.2.0.4) should provided for all OS include Microsoft server.

But I can't find it on the oracle website.

When I click the link on the page "Oracle Critical Patch Update Advisory - July 2019" I 'll get a list with links to download for many OS, but not for MS.

On other pages I' ll find links to many other pages with very much text and/or broken links except a link to download the bundle.

Can everybody tell me, where I can download the patch bundle and the bundle with the Java-VM-Patch for MS?

Generally- is there an simple and usable page, where I can find the latest Patches for my Database, running at Microsoft Server?
