Ran actualize_all and then full cleanup and mass invalidations caused icm to fail

First time running actualize_all

adop phase=fs_clone

adop phase=prepare sync_mode=delta

adop phase=actualize_all

adop phase=finalize finalize_mode=full

adop phase=cutover mtrestart=no cm_wait=5

No errors and everything then started and running fine

adop phase=cleanup cleanup_mode=full

The above command ran from 16:28 - 22:18 and completed successfully

However, internal manager failed at 21:44

Error in DBMS lock request by handle. (ROUTINE=AFPGMG) (REASON=ORACLE

error 4068 in afpdlrh

Cause: afpdlrh failed due to ORA-04068: existing state of packages has

been discarded

ORA-04061: existing state of package body "APPS.FND_DCP" has been

invalidate
