How can you automatically cc the initiator when the WF has been completed without adding a field to

How can you automatically cc the initiator when the WF has been completed without adding a field to the upper form which the "Additional conditions to filter Cc Users" would use?

I'm sure there is a setting for it however I just see the ability to cc specified users or groups when the workflow has been completed.
