Service Request Approval Workflow Not Going Through and failing with error

Getting this error while updating status of Service Request -

An unexpected error has occurred while generating the XML payload. ORA-20001: The DB

to XML transformation has failed with the following error: ECX_MAP_NOT_FOUND. The log

file details are: Please ensure that FND-Logging is enabled for module ecx.plsql.%

ORA-06512: at "APPS.APP_EXCEPTION", line 72 ORA-06512: at "APPS.EDR_UTILITIES", line

1505 ORA-06512: at line 2

Please help me as not getting any solution for this issue.
