Need Updates to the July 2019 CPU "Post Release Patches" section.

Please update the Critical Patch Update (CPU) Program July 2019 Patch Availability Document (PAD) (Doc ID 2534806.1)  to reflect the true dates of the patches in Section 2.2 "Post Release Patches".  The dates for the DB 19c patches for Windows is overdue.  We need the correct dates for planning purposes.  Very much appreciated.
