Workflow Kernel going zombie after CreateWFProcess error?

Hello MOSC

I had this problem for a while now where the workflow kernel goes zombie in numbers. The WF kernel logs shows repeatedly the following message, before going zombie:

11852 Thu Jul 25 08:28:28.869034 wf_proc.cpp169

CONFIGURATION ERROR - CreateWFProcess - no active version for process <JDEVBCHAPR>

After checking in P98800 Process Master, it shows that it is in fact, disabled:

When I try to Change Status or Verify Process of each one, I get the following message:

We really can't figure out what application is using this WF, or if this is really the cause of the zombie processes.

Did someone had the same issue? How can we properly troubleshoot this issue?
