Secondary Ledger missing Journals

Secondary Ledger created with Subledger as the Data Conversion Level.  Ran the SLA Secondary/ALC Ledger Historic Upgrade program, but need guidance on how to populate the historical journals from the Primary Ledger to the Secondary Ledger.  Is there a program/process that automatically copies Journals from Primary to Secondary? If not, what is the process?
